Our Story

At For Duck’s Sake, we’re passionate about making authentic Cantonese roast duck easier to serve and enjoy. Born from the team behind the Chew On This group, our journey started with one simple goal - to take the stress and skill barrier out of preparing one of the most iconic dishes in Chinese cuisine.

Traditionally, making Cantonese roast duck takes days of labour, technical finesse, and years of experience. But with our pre-marinated, dry-aged, halal ducks, we’ve made it easy. Simply air dry, roast and you’ve got restaurant-quality duck, ready to impress.

Each duck is sourced from Silver Hill Duck, which are renowned to be “The Wagyu of Duck”. We use a carefully honed marinade recipe and dry-ageing process to lock in flavour and tenderness, giving restaurants or home chefs a foolproof way to serve delicious duck without compromise and without hassle.
